Sizing rolls are key mill rolls installed at the sizing section of ERW high‑frequency tube mills, located after welding and bead‑removal stations. They apply light compression through roll grooves to calibrate the outer diameter of welded tubes to finished dimensions, improving tube roundness, straightness and surface finish with nearly no wall‑thickness change.
