Tungsten carbide composite roll is assembled with tungsten‑carbide working rings and high‑strength alloy steel shaft by hydraulic locking system, achieving composite performance of hard outer layer and tough inner core. The outer tungsten‑carbide ring delivers ultra‑high hardness, excellent wear‑resistance and hot hardness, while steel shaft provides good toughness to reduce fracture risk.

Carbide rings can be replaced separately instead of changing the whole roll, which greatly cuts operating cost. Precision‑machined bright working surface, excellent pass profile retention and stable rolling dimensional accuracy.

Application: Pre‑finishing, finishing and slitting rolling lines for bar, rebar and wire rod.
